With a structured format to help you create productive habits to achieve your goals, it offers a monthly habit planner, a daily journal, a monthly habit review, and a habit tracker.

From that, we've built a simple and effective system to help you form new habits, break old ones, and design the life you deserve.

2. Think big. Act small. To start, we'll walk you through an exercise that will help you design your dream life. What does it look like? What does it feel like? But we won't stop there. We're going to dig deep and do the hard part. The part where most people stop -- the how. We'll teach you how to carve your big, bold, audacious vision into actionable, bite-sized chunks. Visualizing your dream life is one thing, but what if you lived it?

3. Willpower. On autopilot. We know the drill. You want to exercise more. You want to eat out less. You want to read more. Yet for some reason, after a while, it just doesn't stick. But what if it was as simple as brushing your teeth? A simple, subconscious, and effortless habit. Something you do because - well, you just do. Trust us. We read all the science, remember?

4. Be empowered. Own your decisions: the good ones and the not so good ones. I love it!!

The Evergreen Journal has such helpful information and has helped guide me through the whole journaling process. It really makes you think about the things you care for in life and the ways you want to achieve it through habits. I purchased one for myself and partner and we do it together! I love it!

Logical approach to achieving goals!

This journal has been very helpful and introspective! The logical structure makes it easy to follow and map out my thoughts. I absolutely love the new Habit Journal! I’ve struggled a lot over the years with maintaining my goals, especially fitness goals. Usually I’ll start a program and fall off track after a month. This journal is so cool because it gave me insight to the psychology behind forming positive habits, while helping me set new goals! With the help of this journal I’ve been able to start and maintain a new fitness regime, even amongst this pandemic. I’m so excited to see the positive impact the journal continues to have on my life!
